We stock a few different ranges of retail products in the salon. Below is a list of our suppliers:

Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations after 7pm the day prior to the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $25. All consideration will be given to those who are genuinely sick.
- If you are more than 10min late for an appointment, you will need to reschedule the appointment. This applies to any service longer than 15min and a reschedule fee of $25 will apply. If you are more than 5min late for a shorter appointment of 15min, the appointment will need to be rescheduled at an added fee of half the service price.
- A client changing their appointment to less services than are booked after 7pm on the day prior to the appointment will incur a 50% fee of the services not being performed.
- A no-show appointment will require a 50% fee of the services not attended and full payment in advance for any subsequent bookings. A second no-show appointment will not allow any future bookings.
- In the interest of keeping the salon staff and other clients safe, please DO NOT come to an appointment sick. If you arrive with cold & flu symptoms or another type of contagious illness your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled, incurring a rescheduling fee as mentioned above. Again, all consideration will be given in the case of late cancellations due to illness.

Tuesday 9am – 5.30pm (7pm by app)
Wednesday 9am – 5pm
Thursday 9am – 5.30pm (7pm by app)
Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Saturday 9am – 1pm (every 2nd Saturday)
Please note ; I can’t always answer the phone when I am with a client as I like to focus the best I can on the client with me at the time. When calling to make an appointment, please leave a message and I will call you back as soon as I am free.
